Keys to the World: Poetry of our Ancestors
Halle Amor Moore is an elementary school student in Gaithersburg, MD, who became a best-selling author at the age of 8 in January 2019. The best-seller entitled "The Pages of Life: A compilation of Poetry”, hit #1 in the “Philosophy and Social Aspects of Education” category on Amazon. Halle Amor Moore has gained national attention after being featured on TV and media airways across the country. Her story has been featured on Fox 5 DC, Blavity, BuzzFeed, The Houston Chronicles, and more.
In 2017, Halle’s mother began worldschooling her and her brothers, landing them in Guatemala and Costa Rica. While in Costa Rica, Halle decided she wanted to become an author. “The Pages of Life” was birthed at this time and written over the course of the next year. In her book, she discusses heavy topics such as love, sadness, politics, education, women’s rights, fear, and spirituality.
Halle has been called an old soul, literary giant and wise beyond her years. With this wisdom, she now travels the country helping other young children find the courage to pursue their dreams no matter what. She has a natural affinity for politics, dancing, and writing and aspires to make her mark in this world through public speaking, social activism, and someday law and public policy.
