Jeannine K. Brown is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Everyday Lead. Everyday Lead provides Executive Coaching, Diversity and Inclusion Strategies, Productivity and Performance Consulting and Workplace Leadership Seminars. Jeannine and the Everyday Lead team are result-oriented with a true passion for people. She is a highly sought-after executive coach, author, and speaker. Jeannine brings laughter and directness to connect with men and women of all ages, ethnicities, and experiences to tap into their deepest concerns, maximize their strengths and exceed their potential.

Jeannine encourages leaders to take risks and enjoy the experience of leading. She has expertise working in the accounting and finance, law, healthcare, entertainment, professional services industries and higher education on women’s leadership, working parents transition, and diversity and inclusion issues. Prior to founding Everyday Lead, Jeannine had twenty years of leadership experience assisting global companies maximize revenues during expansions, mergers, and acquisitions at Alabama Department of Revenue, Deloitte, and Stout Causey & Horning, LLP. Since 2006, Jeannine has been a founding partner at Trusted Business Advisors and she has owned and operated several businesses ventures. Jeannine is an ICF trained Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). She earned a Master's of Business Administration from Georgia State University, Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Alabama State University, Percy J. Vaughn College of Business. Jeannine is a City Planning Commissioner in City of South Fulton, GA, serves on the Alabama State University Foundation Board of Directors, Past President of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc.-Southern Region, and a National Board Member.

Jeaninne is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association, and she was inducted into the Alabama State University 2018 Class of 50 under 50 Prestigious Alumni. She has received numerous acknowledgments and awards and acknowledgements for her leadership, community and civic engagement and speaking. Jeannine grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia. She loves live musical performances and is often found listening to music, singing along and dancing.
