Since 2002, Crystal Chisholm has been creating and delivering career branding tools to job seekers, career professionals, executive leaders and specialized groups. By formulating their professional brand DNA and providing tactical career growth strategies, she has successfully helped countless individuals navigate through career challenges and attract meaningful employment opportunities.
Crystal’s unique blend of human resources experience, engaging personality, and natural teaching style serves to ensure that her workshops are informative, interactive and empowering. Her philosophy is to “build from within “using a renewed mindset to create a memorable and powerful brand.
Combined with her passion, skills and dual degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, Crystal’s professional expertise includes 15 years of corporate, non-profit, law and healthcare experience within Human Resources, Recruiting, Training and Professional Development. She currently serves as the Vice President of Branding and Social Media for the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of African-Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).
She also volunteers as a Career Coach and Educator with Rutgers University’s New Start Career Network program where she facilitates job readiness webinars and mentors long-term unemployed New Jersey residents with personal brand management, resume building, and strategizing their job search.
