How to Start and Run an Event Space and Private Membership Business

Nachand Hyde Trabue is a Louisville native who works in the community helping to revitalize the Downtown Louisville area. She is the founder/CEO of Manhattan on Broadway Event Space located in Louisville, KY.

Nachand recently left her career in Corporate America after 20 years of dedicated service. She stepped out on faith and through a TRY GOD Campaign at her church Bates Memorial Baptist church she learned the importance of Malachi 3. Nachand and her husband completed a 360 renovation project in her event space making it one of Louisville’s Unique Event Venues located in Downtown Louisville. She recently launched a new business venture called The Exchange Homes that provides furnished housing for business travelers, military , family vacations and corporate housing units. In 2018 she open up a business center called The Exchange on Broadway that will be a private membership, co-working space, private meeting rooms, conference rooms and business event center.
