Nicole L. Turner, CEO of the OYAT Group, holds graduate degrees in Education and Business, a graduate certificate in Diversity Studies, and is a certified Human Capital Strategist and Strategic HR Business Partner. Nicole is also a Diversity Value Index Judge. As a judge, Nicole uses defined metrics and benchmarks to assess how organizations are implementing Diversity and Inclusion programs and leveraging those programs to create business impact.
Drawing on several years’ experience in Education, Corporate America, and the Federal Government, Nicole is committed to helping organizations achieve excellence by assessing leadership competencies, business processes, employee engagement, morale and overall organizational health. Her experience includes coaching and mentoring during change, and advises and consults executive staff on transformation initiatives and change management. She assesses an organizations performance metrics, identifies strengths and opportunities and develops strategies to improve the overall health of your organization resulting in improved efficiency, increased clarity and employee productivity.
