Kathrin Shenk is the owner of FreeYourSpace, LLC, a professional de-cluttering and organizing company serving suburban Maryland. Kathrin came to the United States back from Germany in the 90’s on a university scholarship and loved it so much that she decided to stay. After completing her college education, Kathrin spent 18 years in corporate America designing, configuring and implementing Human Resources Information Systems.
Kathrin is an avid organizer and in 2015, she decided to make her dream a reality when she opened FreeYourSpace, LLC full-time. In addition to running her new business, she is also a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and sits on the Board of Directors of the NAPO Baltimore Chapter. Her professional purpose is to help her clients take control of their environment and coach them to keep it that way. Kathrin has helped her clients let go of hundreds of pounds of unnecessary possessions that were weighing them down. Ease of use and a logical setup of closet, room or entire home is key to keep a household or business running with minimal maintenance, freeing her clients to take care of the important things in their lives.
